Legislative Matters - OACC

The Private Career Colleges Act 2005 received Royal Assent on December 12, 2005, and was proclaimed on September 18, 2006.

There are two sets of Regulations that support the PCC Act 2005, namely Regulation O. Reg. 415/06 (general regulation) and O. Reg. 414/06 (Training Completion Assurance Fund).

OACC continues to work with the Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities to develop policies and guidelines to support the Regulations.
