Members in the news "Franchise agreements key to success"
Grade Learning CEO Michael Bateman was recently featured by the National Post for his efforts in making sure his franchise agreements were up to snuff.
"It's almost like a marriage. If everybody understands what the expectations are ... then really the agreement isn't something that's looked at again," Bateman said.
