triOS named one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies
OACC member triOS College has been named one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies, an honour the colleges have been vying for over three years. triOS College triumphed over hundreds of other applicants to win a 2010 Canada’s Best Managed Companies (Best Managed) award for their outstanding achievement in career training and education.
“We believe that there are three vital building blocks to sustainable growth: strategy, capability, and commitment; triOS College has demonstrated it is a model of success in all three areas and is duly recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed,” explained John Hughes, Partner, Private Company Services group with Deloitte, a national sponsor of the Best Managed program.
Established in 1993, the Canada’s Best Managed Companies is a national awards program, recognizing Canadian companies that have implemented world class business practices and created value in innovative ways. Applications are reviewed by an independent judging panel that evaluates how companies address various business challenges, including new technologies, brand management, leadership, leveraging and developing core competencies, designing information systems, and hiring the right talent. Spanning across Ontario, triOS is a company that prides itself on improving lives by sharing knowledge of information and technology. In an extremely competitive market; such as the career training sector, triOS has been able to outperform their competitors. They do this with curriculum concentration, achieving sustainable growth, and finding employment for their graduates.

From the state-of-the-art administration service called TCAS which allows staff members to instantly pull up student stats, grades, program information, reports and much more, to the Train-the-Trainer program that each instructor must go through, triOS is unlike any other typical College.

On the same date, the Best Managed symposium will address leading-edge business issues that are key to the success of today’s business leaders.
