Transcript Storage

As you will recall, OACC was approved for inclusion on the Ministry's list of pre-qualifying vendors to provide transcript maintenance and issuance services on July 18, 2007. At that time the Ministry had indicated that the list of pre-qualifying vendors would be reviewed after one year.

Accordingly, on June 16, 2008 the Ministry issued a new Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for organizations interested in being on the Ministry's pre-qualifying list for a three year period that would commence in mid July 2008. On July 4, OACC submitted its response to the RFQ indicating its desire to continue to be pre-qualified to provide transcript maintenance and issuance services. since the launch of our STEPS (Student Transcript Electronic Protection System) application in September of 2007, more than 27,000 transcripts have been uploaded and stored with OACC. We look forward to continuing to serve our colleges and their students in the years to come.
