If anybody knows stress, it’s Canadians. Stress was discovered here. Renowned Canadian endocrinologist, Dr. Hans Selye was the first to describe the biological basis of stress and the definite link between mind and body. Helpfully, he also discovered some practical ways of dealing with it.
